Hello Lovely Friend!! I just spent the day on a quest to find the perfect gift for everyone on my list. It was a challenge to keep my spirits up after dealing with angry shoppers & rude store clerks, but I was able to stay positive and excited about the holidays.
As most of you know, I ADORE the holiday season. It almost seems as though the holidays have become even more important & special to me now that I'm older. As a child, we struggled a lot during the holidays. Even after my parents divorced, we still had very sparse holiday seasons and strange holiday gatherings. One year, we didn't have enough money for a Christmas tree, so I built one using green poster board, glitter glue, and colorful felt.
The idea of DIY holiday decorations & gifts has always stayed with me. With a little bit of creativity, you can turn a small amount of money into some very unique gifts.

The mini herb garden is sooooo cute. I know someone who would love that. If the recipient likes to spend time in the kitchen, how about a can-a-clock. It looks just like a can of tuna complete with the pull back seal, only it's a clock. Check out my blog to read more.
